The ADMA Direct Marketing Code of Practice
The ADMA Code of Practice is a self-regulatory Code governing all aspects of direct and data-driven marketing. ADMA was the first national marketing association to have its Code of Practice authorised under section 88(1) of the Trade Practices Act by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. The Code not only promotes fair trading but is intended to serve as a point of reference for all organisations to ensure they comply with all applicable state and commonwealth laws.
