Bridge CX Integration Gaps

Fone Dynamics, a Uniti Group brand built a new analytics platform that enabled businesses to integrate call data, two-way SMS, and marketing analytics with more than 400 third-party platforms spanning CRMs, ERPs, financial systems and helpdesks to name a few. Following strategic development, we identified that this solution enables business leaders to easily and quickly bridge their integration gaps across communication channels, systems and platforms—helping them to deliver a seamless customer experience (CX).
