Dicker Data’s goal was to increase Azure sales by simplifying how their Microsoft partners can identify opportunities and have conversations with their customers. To help partners act quickly on these opportunities, they needed a sales and go-to-market toolkit focused on three key sales plays: Azure Virtual Desktop, Migrate, Modernise and Secure, and Data Analytics Platform. For each sales play, Rocket Science worked closely with the Dicker Data team to create ‘to partner’ educational assets — including a presentation outlining the opportunity, a how-to-sell guide, and a Microsoft funding incentives guide. To support partners going to market, we also created ‘through partner to customer’ assets including a sales presentation and a customer brochure that could be easily customised with their branding and pitch.
